Rehabilitation of Homeless
At Shreeja Foundation, we believe that every human being deserves a safe place to live, dignity in life, and the warmth of care. Unfortunately, many elderly individuals in Mumbai are left homeless due to abandonment, poverty, or lack of family support. Living on the streets not only exposes them to harsh weather, hunger, and illness but also leaves them vulnerable to neglect and abuse.
Our Rehabilitation of Homeless program is dedicated to rescuing and caring for such elders. We provide them with immediate shelter, nutritious meals, and round-the-clock medical support. Beyond just housing, we focus on rebuilding their confidence and sense of belonging through companionship, counseling, and personalized care.
At Shreeja Foundation, we aim to transform their lives from struggle to stability. We don’t just provide a bed we provide a home, where they are treated with love, respect, and dignity. Our mission is to ensure that no elder spends their last years on the streets, but rather in an environment filled with compassion and security.
